Once again, before we get into the ‘meat’ of today’s edition of Nation First, let’s take a look at another good book available via the Freedom Bookshop — Davos Man: How the Billionaires Devoured the World.
Future historians will note the year 2020 as one of the key critical junctures that changed the course of society and not in a good way.
There is a war going on – between the elites and the rest of us and they are winning.
Veteran journalist, Peter S. Goodman, in his book ‘Davos Man: How the Billionaires Devoured the World’, gives detailed insights into the ongoing systematic plunder by the globalist billionaire class, which he terms the ‘Davos Man,’ which was all the more accelerated during the so-called ‘pandemic’.

The book reports on the rising power of the globalist elite class following the end of the Cold War.
It details how they came to effectively capture the governments of major world economies and thus, distort national policies for their benefit at the determinant of the ordinary public.
It also on the psychological delusions and narcissism of the Davos Man, out of touch with reality and his continued persistence that what is good for him is good for all.
In particular, the book profiles five key individuals representative of the Davos Man.
This includes Jeff Bezos, founder and chairman of Amazon; Stephen Schwarzman, chairman and CEO of Blackstone; Larry Fink, CEO of BlackRock; Jamie Dimon, CEO of JPMorgan Chase (which is America’s largest bank); and finally, Marc Benioff, co-founder and head of Salesforce.
However, what makes his book really remarkable is how he contrasts their profiles with those of ordinary individuals suffering from their actions, be it an Amazon warehouse worker in New York City or a Bangladeshi migrant in Qatar.
Of particular highlight is the year 2020, which, while a year of anxiety and torment for us, was an opportunistic boon for the ultra-wealthy, who capitalised on the fear and helplessness of others to further enrich themselves.
And then after, ironically, took credit for “rescuing humanity.”
The only downside to the book is that Goodman’s leftist ideology shines through and clouds his judgment.
Indeed, he heaps praise on the Biden Administration which is more of a puppet of the World Economic Forum than perhaps any previous US administration.
If you look over this bent, there is good information elsewhere in the book.

Last year, during the cryptocurrency bull run, one young man in the industry was making headline after headline.
Sam Bankman-Fried, a relative nobody, was suddenly propelled into the ranks of the wealthiest elites as his cryptocurrency exchange become one of the largest in the world.
Both ordinary Joes and corporate bigwigs, impressed by the firm’s sudden rise or perhaps starstruck with the continuous hype about it in the media, flocked to invest their money into the exchange.
However, merely a year later, FTX is insolvent and bankrupt, with Sam Bankman-Fried not only not CEO of the company but he’s under arrest in the Bahamas.

Today, millions of people have been robbed of their hard-earned money, scammed by a firm that ran on little more than smokes and mirrors.
However, delving deeper into the scandal, it can be reasonably interpreted that none of this was coincidental but rather part of the well-hatched plan by the US Deep State, with starring roles by the Democrats, the World Economic Forum and Ukraine.
