Nation First lets Reignite Democracy Australia's Monica Smit take the wheel to tell us about pro-freedom solutions.
Dear Nation First readers,
My good friend Monica Smit of Reignite Democracy Australia asked me if she could take over the Nation First e-newsletter for a day to share some exciting news with you.
I’ll hand things straight over to Monica.
Until tomorrow, God bless you, your family and our nation.
Take care,
George Christensen
P.S. For those who haven’t yet become Nation First paid subscribers, I’m offering a 7-day free trial so you can also take the e-newsletter for a test drive.
Firstly, I’d like to acknowledge the incredible work that George Christensen has achieved.
Independent, uncensored voices like his are important and needed these days.
I urge everyone to continue supporting his work and reading his content so we can arm ourselves with facts, not fear.
Reignite Democracy Australia is hosting an event called The Freedom Summit Downunder 2022 in every capital city of Australia.
Our first presentation was in Melbourne on 13 July.
It’s now time for Sydney! Thursday, 25th August, from 6pm.
My name is Monica Smit.
I’m a 34 year old ‘tax-paying citizen’ of the once free state of Victoria.
In August 2020, I started an organisation called Reignite Democracy Australia.
I’ve since initiated many forms of diplomatic pushbacks and have been instrumental in educating voters and rallying volunteers ahead of the federal election in 2022.
I’ve attended most of the lockdown protests, resulting in having been arrested several times during “peaceful demonstrations” while reporting as a journalist, and spent 22 days in solitary confinement.
To this day I’m still being harassed by the authorities, and have several ongoing court appointments to contend with.
Why is this event unique and what would you get out of it?
These events focus on SOLUTIONS, not problems.
They're uplifting, positive and proactive.
It’s catered, classy and professional.
There really is no other event like it.
Watch the Rebel News coverage from the Melbourne event HERE.
The tagline is ‘How to live peacefully and prosper, even in chaos’.
After much deliberation, I have concluded that fighting directly against these tyrants is not the answer.
Instead, we should work towards making them obsolete.
The definition of insanity doing the same thing over and over expecting different results.
That’s why we’re shifting from the back foot to the front foot and taking our control back one solution at a time.
Here is some feedback from attendees at the recent Melbourne event;
I was feeling unmotivated after the federal election. I made the effort to fly from Brisbane to attend the Melbourne Freedom summit hoping it would re-energise me… it was worth every penny and every minute of my time. I got exactly what I wanted.
My son and I were feeling hopeless and figured that freedom had no chance of winning. I was worried the talks might have made it worse, but I was so surprised at how uplifting and empowering the night was.
It was over 3 hours of speeches, but I wasn’t bored because the talks were short, varied, and diverse. If you didn’t like a particular talk, you knew you only had to wait a few minutes for a new speaker.
This was the best freedom event I’ve been too. It wasn’t doom and gloom, there was no screaming or yelling…it was positive, inspiring, and uplifting.
It was so great to hear about new initiatives I’d never heard of. It reminded me that there are lots of people fighting for our rights that we don’t even know about, which gives me a lot more hope that we have a chance at winning.
Having so many like-minded people in one room was electric. It’s also nice having a proper indoor event, especially after countless events in parks, even during winter.
Over the next year, RDA is focusing on building stronger communities that can withstand anything tyranny throws at them.
Hopefully we can learn how and when to use our energy for optimum results for ourselves, our families, and our fellow countrymen.
The line-up of speakers is quite impressive but it’s not all about big names or influencers.
We have some speakers who are not well known but have fantastic initiatives too, including:

• William Bay — GP (lost license recently) & founder of Queensland Peoples' Protest (QPP)
• Craig Kelly — Ex-Federal Member of Parliament

• Christian Mack — Reclaim The Line
• Pat Mesiti — A freedom fighter and prosperity activist
