How they plan to make you WILLINGLY own nothing
Nation First looks back on the World Economic Forum's "You'll own nothing. And you'll be happy." prediction to see how it's going.
Dear friend,
As the globalist elite gather in Switzerland for the annual World Economic Forum (WEF) Davos Summit this coming week, I’m reminded of the message that got our eyes on Klaus Schwab’s thinktank:
You’ll own nothing. And you’ll be happy.
– World Economic Forum
The World Economic Forum’s prediction from 2018 that “You'll own nothing. And you'll be happy” in the year 2030 has been haunting since the pandemic led to an unprecedented wealth transfer from the working class and small businesses to the mega-rich.
These globalist elites are not only keen on making us ‘own nothing’ but also expect us to be content with our reduced living standards. This is a form of totalitarianism where the perspective of people is manipulated to accept the unjust as just.
A key narrative being pushed for societal acceptance of a ‘Great Reset’ is ‘climate change’. The focus is placed on abstract carbon emissions rather than the more tangible environmental crises, conveniently blaming lifestyle choices for rising prices.
There is a growing trend to glorify degraded living as ‘trendy’ and ‘hip’, such as tiny homes or multiple side hustles. This shift in perception is a symptom of people’s inability to attain the living standards they once had.
The definition of living standards is being altered to make the poor not feel poor, a form of indoctrination happening on a mass scale.
Meanwhile, the globalist elite crowd at Davos aim to combat ‘disinformation’ and to rebuild trust in elite institutions, which means more attempts to censor and propagandise us.
That line came from a video shared on then Twitter, now X, back in 2018, in which the WEF shared its ‘predictions’ for the world in 2030.
The next year, the Coronavirus ‘Pandemic’ was declared and the world was forced into a lockdown, leading to the single largest wealth transfer in history; money essentially stolen from the working people and small businesses and siphoned off to the mega-rich through government-imposed restrictions.
Many small businesses were forced to close down and the mega-corporations were allowed to corner the market.
What followed after was a sharp rise in the price of everything and a decline in living standards.
High inflation and a weak economy also ensured our savings were depleted.
But while we are all observant of how they intend to make us ‘own nothing’, I think some thought needs to be put into the second sentence “And you’ll be happy.”
In other words, they expect us to willingly accept our much-reduced living standards.
After all, totalitarianism cannot be sustained by force alone.
People would naturally oppose the minority elite ruling unjustly.
Rather, totalitarians win by changing the perspective of people; to view the unjust as just, war as peace, freedom as slavery.
Through the fake news legacy media and Big Tech, a number of narratives are being pushed to garner public acceptance of a ‘Great Reset’ of society.
Chief of this is the idea of ‘climate change.’
While it is true human activity plays a part in environmental distraction, the current agenda is only meant to serve as a distraction.
The abstract nature of carbon emissions is highlighted to divert focus away from the more tangible instances of environmental disasters such as plastic pollution and the destruction of rainforests.
The climate narrative aims to pin the blame solely on the lifestyle of your average person and guilt-trip into accepting less for himself and his family.
As an added bonus, climate change can also be conveniently blamed for rising prices instead of the real reason being the greed of large corporations which have now cornered the markets.
Second, it is the push to glorify degraded living as ‘trendy’ and ‘hip.’
Think of tiny homes, communal accommodation, never being able to retire from work, or people having multiple ‘side hustles’.
These are all symptoms of the fact that people simply cannot attain the living standards they once had but the media paints it in a very positive light.
Get a load of this propaganda from the fake news legacy media:
Another tactic is to simply change the definition of living standards to make the poor not feel poor.
Not too long ago, a suburban house, a new car, and a single-income family were considered middle-class.
Today, having a tiny urban apartment and both couples working to make ends meet fits the current definition of ‘middle-class’.
In the not-too-distant future, I expect a couple living on rent and working multiple jobs would be considered the new ‘middle class.’
If you manage to convince a slave that his or her miserable condition is for their own good, suddenly you have a slave that will never rebel or protest his work conditions.
This form of indoctrination is happening on a mass scale.
Meanwhile, the globalist elite in Davos are focusing on two things this week: combatting so-called ‘disinformation’ and, at the same time, work out ways of “rebuilding trust” in globalist elite institutions, like the World Economic Forum.
Is it any wonder they want to censor us and propagandise us, now that our eyes are well and truly open to the evil machinations of these globalists?
Until next time, God bless you, your family and nation.
Take care,
