Shame on your colleagues in the Liberal National Party who have surrendered and joined forces with the communist left and who think they're going to reset Australia into a communist tyranny. They insult the memory of the ANZACS and our great ancestors before them (both white and black) who lived on this land with freedom and sacrificed everything so that their descendants could live a decent life with their inalienable liberties. Well done, George. It is a vitally important discussion that we need to continue to have. ScoMo literally has no idea what is going to happen at the election. The conservative vote is going to bleed to minor parties (too hard to tell who will be the beneficiary) at an unprecedented rate. This is because the Premiers tied the mandates to the national plan, whatever that is. We are clearly on track for a hung parliament. This is not good for the LNP because it is will to result in a minority ALP government with balance of power to UAP or LibDems. Australia will have full a term of government where nothing gets achieved in what is likely to be a critical phase in the post-COVID recovery. ScoMo’s biggest mistake is NatCab because it elevated the Premiers to national status and reduced ScoMo’s authority and power in the process. All that said, it is a shame that ScoMo lacked the political courage and conviction to prosecute the argument regarding mandates which are entirely separate to COVID restrictions. He has failed to acknowledge that you can be pro-vaccine but anti-mandate or lack of pro choice. This is especially the case given that the vaccinated can transmit, contract and spread the virus as well as carry the same viral load as the unvaccinated. Mandates in that context can only be described as an egregious power grab which ScoMo will pay dearly for just standing idle and allowing to happen. He says it is a State issue but that is pure rubbish because States are introducing uniform rules, hence it is a national issue.
