If there is anything you might have noticed about the ‘trust the science’ crowd is their extremely high level of cognitive dissonance.

This is defined as a condition where a person harbours thoughts and beliefs that are in contradiction with each other.

In the context of the pandemic, we had this crowd talking at lengths about listening to the ‘experts’ but being hostile against any professor or health professional whose views went against the official narrative.

Many actual scientists who dared challenge the ‘science’ were silenced, de-platformed, or even forced out of their jobs.
